How Does the Trade Discount Work?
Once you're logged into your account, the trade discount is automatically applied to any eligible item in your cart. For project pricing or price matching, you'll want to reach out directly to one of the members of our Pro team at 319-626-5292 for assistance. In addition, we offer free shipping on all orders over $99, whether it's a thousand pound concrete fire pit or just one small accessory. What if I'm Tax-Exempt?
After signing up via our site, email your tax exempt or resale certificate to [email protected]. Once we have that on file, we'll update your account so that sales tax won't be collected for orders made online or via the Pro team.

Where Do You Ship From?
Over two thirds of our orders ship from our central warehouse in North Liberty, Iowa, but we also make use of a nationwide network of vendors to make sure we have the best selection and fastest shipping times. Some orders may ship from multiple locations, and we'll send tracking information to help you know what to expect and when.
Can I Expedite my Order?
Most in-stock items ship on the same or next business day and will typically be delivered within a week. If you need something expedited or overnighted, please contact our team for a quote. LTL orders shipped on a pallet already use the fastest available shipping service and cannot be expedited further.
Can You Hold My Order?
Yes. We know that projects sometimes hit unexpected delays, and we always do our best to accommodate your timeline. Simply get in touch with our team and let us know your time frame, and we'll do our best to make it work for you. If we have the requested item in stock, we'll hold it in our warehouse for you for up to one month. If the product is shipping from another partner, we'll request a future shipping date that works with your timeline.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Most of our customers pay for their purchases with a credit card, but other options include debit cards, ACH transfers, PayPal and checks. Some of these other options require longer processing times, so for the quickest turnaround we always recommend paying with a credit card.
